(this was all in a salad my mum made me)
I have no idea of the caloric content so I'm going to assume 400cals to be safe. The macrel was vile, it's coated my mouth with gross.

I'm down almost 1lb today! So surprised after my obese day yesterday.
I'm going out drinking tonight and I might be wearing a playsuit =/ I've never worn one before because of my legs but...if I'm in a club I'll be standing mostly.
We'll see eh?

It's too much, why do I always eat like this? It seems my ED is solely in my head and doesn't want to come out and play with my fat, twisted body.

I feel the need to explain the carrot cake, since I was supposed to be fasting.
I hadn't seen my Dad all week so he picked me up from school to come back to his for a cup of tea.
As a kind of 'I missed you' present, he had bought me a slice of carrot cake from this expensive delicatessens.
I couldn't say no to him, he's so sweet and probably just spent £10 on 2 slices for us.
So yeah, sorry that I suck.
